Entrusted by Guangxi Xinfa Aluminum Power Co., Ltd, our company undertook the supervision of Longdong sludge storage project in Ludong mine. The project was located in Jingxi County, Baise City, Guangxi, with a total storage capacity of 21,630 km³ and an effective storage capacity of 20,710 km³. The content of supervision included all the engineering contents within the scope of construction, including the karst treatment project, rockfill dam project, flood discharge system project and pavement project.
The duration of this project was from April 2019 to September 2019. In the implementation of the project, the project supervision department worked strictly according to the contract and conscientiously and fully performed all the contents of the contract as follows:
1.Quality control: the supervision department strictly controlled the quality of the project, so that the quality of the whole project was under control from the beginning to the end. The quality of the project met the target required by the contract.
2.Progress control: due to the need of mud discharge in Ludong Ore Washing Plant, the construction period was tight, and the task was heavy. With the cooperation of the owner, supervision department and construction department, the construction started at the beginning of April 2019 and the initial mud discharge condition was available at the beginning of September 2019. The actual construction period lasted for 5 months.
3.Investment control: The supervision department had effectively controlled the investment of the project, mainly for the cave treatment volume, side trench volume and stone tooth area volume, the control items included soil and stone ratio, man-machine ratio, cave ratio, concrete in-cave and out-of-cave volume, volume measurement layout control, etc.
4.Safety control: the supervision department strictly controlled the safety and civilized construction, no safety accident occurred in this project, and the target of contract requirements was reached.
5.Contract management: The construction department was effectively controlled according to the terms of the contract, and no claims occurred.
6.Information management: The project supervision department collected useful information of the project and gave timely feedback to the owner so that the owner could make decisions.
On September 10, 2019, Guangxi Xinfa Aluminum Power Co., Ltd. organized the relevant local government departments and expert groups to conduct the acceptance of project, and the acceptance conclusion was qualified.
