This project is located in Zhengding New District, Shijiazhuang, and our company has undertaken the supervision of this project. The content and scope of supervision included the whole process supervision of the construction preparation stage, construction stage, completion acceptance stage and defect liability period of the project.
This project covers an area of 1,200 mu, with an investment of about 3.2 billion and a total construction area of 600,000 square meters, requiring five schools to open for use in September 2019.

The construction period is tight, the task is heavy, and there are many structural forms. Our project department organized a supervision team of 36 people with one chief supervisory engineer and 6 supervision groups. The contract was completed within 10 months of the construction period and was well received by Shijiazhuang Education Bureau and Zhengding New District Management Office.
On July 20, 2020, the owner organized the design, survey, supervision, construction organizations and 5 experts to conduct the completion acceptance, and the acceptance conclusion was qualified.
