The project is located in Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, invested by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Huailai County, with a design scale of 12,000 m3/d. The main work content of the project is to bury water pipeline of about 10 km, with the diameter of DN300-DN500 and PE pipe, to build a new fully underground pressurized pumping station, and to build 3 new fully underground regulating reservoirs, with an effective volume of 1000 m³, etc.
The project started on September 24, 2021 and was completed on November 23, 2021, lasting 60 days. No safety and quality accidents occurred during the whole construction process, the project quality was excellent, the pipeline was in good running condition, no leakage occurred, and all indicators met the contract requirements.
During the construction of this project, the project department of our company faced with the unfavorable situation of tight schedule, heavy task, scattered working surfaces, complicated terrain and geological conditions, crossing national roads, highways, railroads, gullies and epidemics, etc., attached great importance to the importance of construction quality, carefully analyzed all the influencing factors, formulated the corresponding special construction plan, reasonably and orderly segmentation and phased construction, and successfully completed the set construction tasks, safety and civilized construction management, quality management and construction progress control work was unanimously praised by the owner and the supervisor.
