The ancillary sewage station and water reuse lot II construction project is located in Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province, invested by Jiangxi Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited. As the general contractor of the project, the main work of our company includes all civil structures, building decoration and furnishing, lightning protection and grounding, water supply and drainage works of 17 single buildings.
The ancillary sewage station and water reuse lot II construction project has a short construction period, large volume of work, heavy construction tasks, complex structure, and greatly affected by meteorological conditions, the construction period is in the local rainy season, the project department has developed a reasonable rainy season construction measures. At the same time, this project is technically demanding, with high requirements for impermeability and crack resistance of the structures. Since most of the structures are thin-walled concrete structures, they are susceptible to stress cracks due to the effect of hydration heat effect, causing leakage and affecting the service life. In addition, the construction of the structure requires high precision, and there are many pre-embedded pipe fittings with high installation precision, which makes the construction more difficult. The construction process involves two parts of the high-formwork engineering, which requires a large amount of manpower and material resources.
The roof of this project using self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, which is a new type of waterproofing materials, with SBS and other synthetic rubbers, tackifiers and high-quality road petroleum asphalt formulated into self-adhesive rubber asphalt as a substrate, strong high-density polyethylene membrane as the upper surface material, and waterprove material made of anti-adhesive barrier material with peelable silicone coated isolation membrane as the undersurface, has the advantage of low-temperature flexibility, self-healing, and good bonding properties, can be constructed at room temperature, fast, in line with the requirements of environmental protection.
The project started on June 14, 2022 and concluded on December 31, 2022, which lasted 200 days and met the requirements of the owner for the construction period. After the completion of the project, a strict evaluation was organized by the owner, and the results were all qualified.
