The project is located in Zhangjiakou City, invested by Jiajiayue Group Co. Ltd. The construction includes earth excavation, construction of reinforced concrete main structure, construction of steel staircase, decoration works, wall openings, etc., of which the total excavation is 3,091 m³. The underground stairwell is of reinforced concrete structure, and the raft of the two stairwells is 115 m³ in total. Each stairwell is surrounded by 10 reinforced concrete columns with cross-sectional size of 500 mm * 500 mm. The stairwell is surrounded by shear walls, which are 300 mm thick, 5.25 m high and 55.6 m long. It also includes 4 steel staircases, and 6 wall openings with an area of 30.24 m2.
Since the project is located in the parking lot of Dida Expo Plaza, the construction work surface is small and the normal use of the parking lot must not be affected during construction, the main construction machines are mainly small and medium-sized machines. In the case that the machinery does not have an operating surface, the labor force will be concentrated to carry out unannounced manual work.
Through the efforts of all construction personnel, the project started on September 27, 2020 and completed on January 30, 2021, lasting 66 calendar days. During the implementation of the project, the quality, safety and progress of the project were fully controlled in strict accordance with the requirements of the relevant national codes, standards and mandatory provisions for construction works. The quality met the design and specification requirements, the safety was controlled without accident, and the progress met the requirements of the planned construction period.
The completion of the project has improved the evacuation capacity of the supermarket and greatly reduced the hazards caused by possible future dangers in the supermarket.
