This project is located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. The project is invested by Zhuanhua Huihong New Materials Co., Ltd. Our company undertakes the construction task of the inverter room and the pipe frame foundation. The content includes excavation construction of the base groove (about 1,000 square meters), steel bar lashing (about 65 tons), concrete pouring (about 1,300 square meters), formwork processing and installation (about 2,000 square meters), decoration (about 1,100 square meters) and so on.
The project is mainly for the construction of independent foundations, independent columns, and masonry walls. The inverter room is 20m long, 8m wide and 8.1m high. It is a two-story reinforced concrete frame structure with a building area of 320 square meters. pipe frame foundation including 43 independent foundations, 94 short columns, a large number of bolts embedded on column top with high accuracy. Embedded bolt installation is a difficult point and focus of this project.
The project was successfully completed with the cooperation of the owners and the efforts of our members. The project started on March 16, 2021 and was completed on December 16, 2021, lasting 276 days. The quality of the project was qualified, and there were no safety accidents during the entire construction process, and no environmental damage occurred. Through the efforts of all the construction personnel, the project was successfully completed, reaching the owner's requirements for progress, quality, safety and environmental protection, which not only improved the owner's production environment, but also won time for the owner's subsequent steel structure installation and construction, won the owner's recognition, and achieved good social benefits.
