The project is located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. The project is invested by Zhuanhua Huihong New Materials Co., Ltd. Our company undertakes the construction of pile foundation, beams and columns, retaining walls and ground pouring of the four construction areas, including dry coal shed, the original coal shed gable, the open belt, the coal storage of coal unloading trough. The work includes excavation and construction of foundation (about 13,000 square meters), pile head breaking (950 piles), steel production and tying (about 700 tons), concrete pouring (about 8,000 square meters), formwork processing, production and installation (about 11,000 square meters), anti-corrosion coating construction (about 7,300 square meters), etc.
The project is mainly for the construction of strip foundations, independent columns, retaining walls, the construction site groundwater level is shallow, dry coal shed foundation construction needs to be precipitated in advance to ensure the smooth progress of construction. The strip foundation of dry coal shed is 150 meters long, 5.2 meters wide, and 1 meter high, how to ensure that large-volume concrete construction does not produce cracks is a difficult point and focus of the project. Installation embedded parts on column top requires higher accuracy. Addtionally, embedded parts are heavy, so that high-altitude embedded parts installation is another difficulty and focus of the project.
Through the efforts of all the construction personnel, the project started on February 28, 2021 and was completed on November 30, 2021, lasting 276 days. The quality of the project was qualified, and there were no safety accidents during the entire construction process, and no environmental damage occurred, meeting the owner's requirements for progress, quality, safety and environmental protection, which was recognized by the owner, and achieved good social benefits.
